December 2021 – Present

GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND ILLUSTRATOR

As a part of the graphic design team at the Pub invest group, we handle all graphic design needs for over 35 venues, including some of Liverpool largest bars and clubs.
My work is split between printed and digital design work, as such a large part of my role is liaising with third party's e.g. printers, sign fabricators.
One of my key responsibilities is creating content for digital use for example; social media posts, website assets and email templates
As part of the design department we work as a team under tight deadlines understanding it is important to both help wherever possible but also to accept help when needed.
With 12 Venus I personally produce artwork for Adhering to brand guidelines to produce everything from business cards to large scale billboard promotions is key.
As a company that owns some of the largest venues in Liverpool a lot of our work comes through separate managers, building up solid channels of communication has proved vital to building strong relations.

June 2017 – Present

I have established a highly creditable client portfolio, I carry experience working in a multitude of fields providing illustration, advertisement, menus, and typography designs from working with independent street food vendors- Smokehaus, Leamington Spa, and custom vehicle brands- Shred and Butta, Surrey.
My most profound work was commissioned by the NHS for the ‘’Be Cancer Aware’’ campaign, to which I developed several designs for posters and T-shirts etc. to highlight the importance of checking for key signs of cancer within persons with disabilities.
I liaise with clients to develop the designs and encourage involvement to provide the utmost satisfaction.
I focus on client experience aiming to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
I reinforce quality control, budgeting, and high-quality work in the designs.

July 2021 – December 2021

My role consists of developing plans and designs and converting them into 3D high-definition models for client references using CAD software.
I assist with order processing into our accounting system and have extensive knowledge of calculating complete cost breakdowns/ budgeting and well am confident using Excel.
I am highly organized and hold strong time management skills for this role, and find myself working well under the pressure of deadlines.
Customer service also plays a significant role in my day-to-day work, I liaise with clients as a representative of the company. Assisting with problem-solving and building upon company and client relations.
In addition, I support HR with designing posters for internal events.

March 2021 – July 2021

My roles on a daily basis range from creating eye-catching and informative posts tailored for our Instagram feed, creating home screen examples of apps for prospective clients made either to fall effortlessly in line with their own pre-existing branding or having to create an app from the ground up creating the branding in house.
The main bulk of my graphic work is created using the Adobe Creative suite, but I do have to create hand-drawn work as well from time to time.
I have also been building my skills in WordPress Web and App Development.
I was a prominent figure in keeping the team moving by carrying out tasks to assist my superiors and the sales team.
I both liaised with clients on design development alongside growing the company’s personal social media and online presence.
